Summary: Provide a single-paragraph summary of the paper in your own words

Detailed Comments and Suggestions: Provide a list of (at least ten) detailed comments and suggestions
Recommendation: Pick one of “Strong accept”, “Weak accept”, “Weak reject” or “Strong reject”
Justification of your recommendation: Provide an overall evaluation of the paper and justify your recommendation
